We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at KGBL as a Junior Design Project Manager. As a Junior Design Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service for our luxury furniture brand. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the design process, customer interactions, logistics, and administrative tasks, and showroom related sales coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the design process.
Coordinate national and international shipping logistics, including coordinating pick up schedules with manufacturing team, gathering certificates of insurance from vendors, and arranging shipping deliveries to our clients.  
Assist the sales director with sales orders, creating quotes, invoices, and processing payments.
Assist the sales director within showroom sale opportunities.
Coordinate production meetings, ensuring effective communication between the design team, production team, and clients.
Assist the production manager on ordering materials, schedules, generate RFI for clients, generate production meetings and reach out to vendors. 
Collaborate with clients and coordinate, manage design documents, obtain signed DFA's, obtain signed terms and conditions, organize COM and COL forms to ensure accuracy for the final design intent. 
Work closely with fabricating partners including Upholsters, Stone fabricators/suppliers, Wood and Veneer fabricators/suppliers to coordinate all aspects required for the completion of projects.
Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects, customer interactions, and administrative tasks.
Assist in social media content collection and collaborate on marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, project management, or business administration (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a customer service or project management role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution of tasks.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with project management software, MS Office suite and Excel. Photoshop, Autocad, Rendering Software is desirable
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of the luxury furniture industry and understanding of the design processes.
Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
