MONC XIII's digital sales are growing and we are looking to expand! This role will be point on the development and marketing of MONC XIII digitally. We are looking for a full time experienced e-commerce professional that has been part of developing and executing a digital retail strategy, preferably for the luxury consumer. This role will manage the growth and operations of www.monc13.com including but not limited to email marketing, social media, SEO and strategic promotional campaigns with 3rd parties all with the goal of increasing revenue, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Deep knowledge with Shopify eCommerce platform & Google Analytics (or equivalent)
• Has executed an e-commerce strategy in the past including segmentation and personalization
• Ability to hire and manage 3rd party freelancers or vendors to help achieve goals
• Ability to identify and propose new online & growth hacking strategies to increase sales conversion, customer engagement & brand awareness.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and other strategies to grow sales with new and existing customers
• Is data driven and can test, track and report on existing and new developments

Qualifications
• 3+ years experience with the Shopify e-commerce platform
• Experience targeting the luxury consumer is preferred
• Self starter and naturally curious
• Data driven
