Are you an Interior Design Rock Star? Then come be a part of our rapidly growing firm. We are searching for you if you are a formally educated Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience in residential Interior Design who possesses a passion for detail and client satisfaction.

The Designer will work with a team of designers complete project design on projects from inception to final installation. The Designer will work with the team to ensure all aspects of client design and presentations are complete and integrate our Krista + Home aesthetic, with input from the Creative Director as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

From attending design consultations and project meetings, programming, space planning, job site visits, finish and furnishing selections, design presentations, vendor coordination and pricing, recording specifications, to attending and managing design installations, client relations; we pursue the highest level of completion for every task.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who works as part of our team, blends seamlessly into the Krista + Home culture and realizes there is no task too big or too small for someone to roll up their sleeves and help out.

Reflecting our Company attitude and service, our Senior Designer will manage the team to coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants. Clear, efficient communication is essential in this role as the Senior Designer manages multiple projects simultaneously.

Education: Degree in Interior Design
Professional: 5+ years of work experience in Residential Interior Design
Technical: AutoCAD Expertise required. Photoshop, 3D rendering a plus
Multi-tasker: Balance multiple tasks and projects at once, in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused: Customer service and/or client interaction experience
Teachable: Quickly learn new processes, procedures, and user interfaces
Experienced: Hands-on renovation and new-construction job site experience. Previous professional office experience, especially in a start-up culture, is a plus.
Communicator: Communicates clearly and effectively
Autonomous: Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
Mobile: Must have a working vehicle for office & client-related meetings
Fun: Desire to work hard...and play hard!!

AutoCAD: 4 years (Required)
Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Residential Interior Design: 5 years (Required)
