This part-time to full-time role involves primarily being the second set of hands for the Principal. As a small team we are looking for someone who is willing to partner to take on small and large tasks alike, is a self-starter, and can multi-task. Tasks range from sourcing pieces, and organizing the library to site meetings and installations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take direction openly, and have excellent attention to detail to get the job done to help Michele Gratch Interiors flourish. Growth as an assistant designer is also available.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a similar environment or currently enrolled in continuing education focusing on design.
Proficiency in computer programs from Asana, Google Drive, and our project management software. AutoCAD is a plus.
Highly personable, collaborative, and a good communicator.
Adaptable to change and shifting priorities with a critical eye for details.

Ability to travel locally for sourcing, site meetings, and installations.
Availability for at least 7 hours, 3 days a week for 25-30 hours with the potential for more.
